THIS IS THE MOST DISTURBING VIDEO EVER! Someone let a baby smoke marijuana and was dumb enough to post it to Vine! Someone is in a lot of trouble after posting a baby not only around marijuana, but the adults put the marijuana cigarette in the baby's mouth and let the baby ingest the smoke! In the video the toddler is sitting on a baby potty. We're not sure if it's the baby's parents or other family members, all we know is you can hear adult voices in the background of this video, and they appear to be high while laughing at the fact they just gave a baby a puff of weed.
